




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and organizing documents, service orders, and maintenance history; managing inventory; and maintaining communication with teams. Communication with maintenance team and suppliers **Responsibilities:** Control and organize documents, service orders, intervention records, and maintenance reports; monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules across units; manage inventory of materials and replacement parts, and place purchase requests as needed; update spreadsheets with maintenance data (costs, parts consumption, suppliers); maintain communication with the maintenance team, store operations teams, and external suppliers. **Benefits:** Variable compensation, transportation allowance or cost reimbursement, meal voucher R$24.00, health and dental plans (upon enrollment), bonus/discount on purchases at Group stores, SESC partnership, educational institutions, pharmacies, driving schools, and others. **Requirements:** Technical education in building construction; experience in building/store maintenance is a plus; proficiency in Excel; clear communication skills (with technical and operational teams); availability to handle tasks that may involve travel between units or support for more than one store, if applicable; availability during working hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM).
