





Main responsibilities: Responsible for operating and supervising ice cream production machines, ensuring all processes are efficient and that products meet the high standards of quality and safety we have established. Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring all operations run without interruption. Monitoring and controlling chamber temperatures, with hourly recording. Completing the daily report regarding the Machine Room and cold chain, aiming to keep the entire team informed. Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in food production machine operations.
