So… *come be Cbox!* About the Position: Loss Prevention Officer The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for **monitoring and supervising store activities and internal areas**, acting to prevent losses, thefts, discrepancies, waste, and non-conformities. Their role is to protect the company’s assets and contribute to the safety of customers and colleagues. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor movement of goods, customers, and staff within store premises. * Supervise compliance with procedures for goods entry and exit. * Conduct preventive patrols in internal and external areas, warehouses, and cold rooms. * Support periodic inventory counts and assist in controlling shrinkage and losses. * Record incidents and prepare inspection reports. * Support training on best practices for loss prevention delivered to teams. * Assist with CCTV (closed-circuit television) operations when required. * Perform other duties related to the position.
