We expect you to demonstrate commitment to **credibility** in all activities performed, embodying the **owner's mindset** in everything you do, always with **respect**, so that together we can achieve extraordinary results. **Your Mission** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and draft corporate contracts, notifications, legal opinions, and other legal documents via the ticket management system (Portal/Projuris), focusing on advisory services and legal risk mitigation. * Monitor the filing of new lawsuits (civil and labor) and official publications via DJ/DJe/Projuris. * Draft initial pleadings, responses, general submissions, and appeals in internally handled civil cases; monitor case progress; file court submissions (in person or through virtual counters) with judicial secretariats; and attend hearings when necessary. * Prepare legal opinions on labor cases, assess settlement possibilities, and attend labor court hearings as the company’s representative when required. * Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party law firms handling judicial proceedings, reviewing periodic reports, deadline compliance, and technical quality of submissions. * Prepare monthly monitoring reports for civil and labor litigation, and review reports from third-party law firms. * Monitor the Company’s trademark registrations with the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI), tracking deadlines, official publications, and submissions, as well as evaluating the performance of the third-party law firm managing administrative proceedings. * Enter information and documents into the Projuris system and generate reports. * Conduct external investigations before public agencies and regulatory bodies, representing the Company’s interests in administrative proceedings and contributing to risk mitigation and loss reduction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law * Labor Law and Labor Procedure Law * Corporate Law with focus on Corporate Contracts * Intellectual Property (Trademarks) * Strong legal writing, statutory interpretation, and oral advocacy skills * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) · Use of AI in legal practice * Electronic judicial platforms (PJe, eSAJ, ePROC, DJe, etc) **Additional Information** * On-site meals; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Basic food basket; * Group life insurance; * Birthday leave (Day Off); * Psychological counseling benefits; * Pharmacy benefits; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * TotalPass; * Education assistance; * Unicialne (Corporate University). **CIALNE** was founded in Ceará and, over nearly six decades, has built a legacy defined by hard work, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
