Position available for a Junior Research and Development Analyst, full-time employment (44 hours per week), with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role involves direct participation in the development of innovative projects and products in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutritional, veterinary, and agricultural fields, with strong interface among Research and Development, production, quality control, regulatory affairs, and technical support areas. Desired qualifications * Proactivity, with initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and problem resolution; * Prior experience in a Research and Development laboratory; * Experience in development, optimization, and characterization of formulations; * Experience in physicochemical testing and validation of analytical methodologies; * Knowledge of analytical techniques, preferably HPLC. Summary of responsibilities Conduct product and formulation development and enhancement, executing and monitoring R&D projects from bench-scale through pilot-scale testing. Plan, conduct, and interpret stability studies, performance tests, practical applications, and analytical methodology validation, ensuring technical, scientific, and regulatory compliance. Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, including reports, methodologies, technical specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures. Provide technical support to operational, regulatory, commercial, and quality departments, contributing to the implementation of new products and processes and to continuous improvement of R&D activities.
