Description: LABORATORY CHEMICAL TECHNICIAN Location: Arujá - SP Sector: Waste Management and Treatment WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: We are seeking professionals with knowledge of analytical techniques such as Mohr titration (silver nitrate), pH, conductivity, and analytical equipment in general. In addition, solid proficiency in MS-Office tools, quality control inspections for shipments and materials, and delivery of training on chemical and environmental topics is required. Laboratory process experience (physicochemical analyses) is mandatory. Experience in the chemical industry or environmental sector is required. Experience in industrial solid waste management is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Laboratory Activities: * Perform physicochemical analyses on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products; * Prepare solutions, reagents, and standards according to operational procedures; * Record test results and maintain updated control reports and spreadsheets; * Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (balances, spectrophotometers, pH meters, etc.); * Support calibration and verification of measuring instruments; * Follow laboratory safety, cleaning, and waste disposal procedures. Field Activities (Sampling): * Collect samples of materials, waste, or products in accordance with technical standards (ABNT, CETESB, among others); * Ensure sample representativeness and preservation during transportation; * Accurately complete sampling forms, labels, and chain-of-custody documentation; * Support field inspections and verifications of safety and environmental compliance; * Comply with safety requirements and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during external activities.
