We foster an inclusive environment where everyone is respected and recognized for their authenticity and potential, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. **Job Mission:** Perform medium-complexity activities related to industrial process improvement, under moderate supervision, with a focus on digitalization (innovation, projects, and technology). **Responsibilities and duties** **Your challenges will include:** * Industrial Process Management and Improvement: Analyze, map, standardize, and optimize industrial processes, focusing on operational efficiency, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making. * Industrial Digitalization Projects: Lead and monitor corporate industrial digitalization projects—including Machine Learning, Big Data, and Analytics initiatives—ensuring alignment among technical areas, operations, and corporate functions. * Technological Ecosystem Management: Be responsible for planning, executing, and governing solutions developed using Power Apps, Power BI, and Python, ensuring adherence to business needs and development best practices. * Industrial Data and KPI Analysis: Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses in Power BI, translating industrial data into insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. * Agile Project Management: Plan, monitor, and execute projects using agile methodologies, supported by Microsoft tools (Planner, Power Platform), ensuring deadlines, quality, and stakeholder alignment. * Interface with Corporate and Operational Areas: Act as a liaison between operations, technology, and corporate departments, facilitating communication, requirements gathering, and expectation management. * Governance and Standardization: Contribute to defining standards, best practices, technical documentation, and governance processes for industrial data and systems. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in related areas are desirable. * Solid experience in industrial processes, digitalization, data, or technology applied to industry; * Practical knowledge of Power Platform tools; * Experience in project management and agile methodologies; * Experience in data projects, analytics, automation, or industrial systems (PIMS, MES, OIMS, or similar); **Preferred qualifications include:** * Advanced Excel, Office suite, quality tools, statistical process control, GRD (daily routine management), TPM (total production management), Six Sigma, food industry industrial processes, continuous improvement cycle (PDCA), loss tree analysis, basic knowledge of Food Defense and Food Fraud. * Technical leadership ability, demand organization, and collaborative engagement across multiple departments. **Additional information** **Here’s what you’ll find:** Join us and enjoy amazing benefits!
