Calculate social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial, DCTFWeb, DIRF). Process hiring, termination, and personnel movements. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. Manage electronic timekeeping system. Administer benefits. Assist in internal and external audits. Generate managerial reports and departmental KPIs. Previous experience as HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
