We look forward to meeting you!** **What You Need:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of labor routine procedures; * Operational proficiency with electronic timekeeping systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Drive. **What We Expect From You:** * Monitor and verify electronic time records daily; * Address inconsistencies (e.g., tardiness, absences, missed clock-ins, overtime); * Manage on-call schedules, shift rotations, and compensatory time; * Generate periodic work schedule and hour bank reports; * Track justifications and approvals with managers; * Support the HR Analyst in payroll closing routines when required; * Maintain updated files and records in compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. **Still unsure whether Locmed is a great place to work?
