Job Summary: We are seeking engaged individuals to work in a Social Assistance Service call center, promoting donor acquisition and retention. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in events to prospect new donors We seek individuals with interest and ability to work in the call center of a Social Assistance Service institution with a 26-year history, supporting people experiencing homelessness or vulnerability. The main responsibilities of hired personnel will include: contacting donors via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication methods to promote engagement, retention, and regularization of donations; managing individual donor acquisition, follow-up, and accounts receivable related to donations; recording donations in the system, verifying payments, and ensuring accurate information updates; performing bank reconciliation of received donations, ensuring correct identification and registration of amounts; maintaining relationships with active donors and supporting the prospecting of new individual donors; participating in events, campaigns, and in-person activities focused on acquiring new donors.
