More than executing tasks, each person has the opportunity to generate real impact in the lives of millions of Brazilians every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and develop the tax team, promoting technical training and alignment with departmental guidelines * Assign and monitor team activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables maintain high quality * Evaluate employee performance and support the team’s professional development * Coordinate fiscal invoice bookkeeping, ensuring correct tax classification * Coordinate tax calculation (ICMS, ISS, among others) * Ensure accurate generation of tax payment slips * Monitor tax deadlines and payments * Guarantee timely submission of ancillary obligations * Monitor the Electronic Tax Address (Domicílio Tributário Eletrônico) * Respond to tax-related requests from stores and distribution centers (CDs) via support tickets * Establish controls and governance for tax routines * Support internal, external, and government audits * Open new branches and distribution centers (CDs) * Maintain special tax regimes * Support administrative defenses against tax assessments **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields * Proficiency in tax calculation, tax bookkeeping, and ancillary obligations * Knowledge of tax classification (NCM, CEST, CFOP, CST) * Experience with large-scale ERPs (e.g., SAP and tax-specific solutions) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Leadership or coordination experience within tax teams * Experience handling highly complex tax operations * Experience in CSC environments or large retail/wholesale companies * Experience with interstate, intercompany, and CD-to-store operations **Additional Information** BENEFITS: * Meal allowance (per collective bargaining agreement); * Transportation allowance; * Annual bonus; * Health insurance (eligibility based on location and position); * Dental plan (voluntary enrollment); * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Pague Menos Corporate University offering courses and training — Up Farma; * Gold discount at Pague Menos Pharmacies; * Pharmacy partnership (Epharma), with payroll-deducted discounts; * Wellhub (well-being platform offering physical activity options, mindfulness, and more); * Educa Mais (personalized plans for undergraduate and graduate degrees, mentorships, free courses, and language learning); * Pague Menos mobile SIM card; * Car rental discounts; * Airline ticket discounts; * On-site fitness classes, subject to location; We do not discriminate based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, disability, or age.
