




**We Are All Institute** Founded in 2008, the Syrian-Lebanese Social Responsibility Institute (IRSSL) was established to strengthen the voluntary social outreach of the Syrian-Lebanese Hospital Ladies’ Benevolent Society in Brazil’s public healthcare system, with the mission of bringing administrative and operational excellence—already recognized in the private sector—to municipal and state-level healthcare institutions across the country. Be familiar with the Institution’s Diet Manual. Assemble and/or portion diets in accordance with the service’s Diet Manual, respecting patients’ preferences and aversions as noted by the nutritionist. Portion salads, juices, and desserts in the kitchen for use during patient and companion meals; * Verify fasting status with nursing staff prior to meal distribution. Check fasting and isolation signs. Distribute prescribed diets to patients and companions per the nutritionist’s diet chart. Deliver meals to patients and companions under contact or respiratory isolation, adhering to PPE requirements defined by the Hospital Infection Control Service (SCIH); * Collect trays from patient rooms, discarding leftovers and disposable items per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manually clean smooth trays, bottles, thermal jugs, shelf carts, and thermal carts used for meal distribution, following SOPs. Clean work surfaces, cabinets, and distribution carts daily per schedule and SOPs; * Record temperatures of served food. Monitor pantry supplies to prevent losses. Collect and manually clean filtered-water jugs from patient rooms, replacing them as needed. Record equipment temperatures. Perform daily cleaning of work surfaces and cabinets. Maintain the pantry clean and orderly; process material requisitions; * Label products, monitor expiration dates, and ensure proper organization. Report any incidents occurring in the pantry or involving patients to the nutritionist. Ensure proper functioning of equipment and notify the nutritionist of maintenance needs. Assist, when required, in pre-preparation of vegetables, fruits, and greens in the kitchen. Assist, when required, in meal distribution and return from the staff cafeteria; * Maintain organizational standards and ensure proper functioning of institutional equipment. Adhere to work schedules, days off, entry/exit times, and break periods, accurately recording electronic time stamps; follow food hygiene regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and occupational safety protocols. Perform other duties related to the position as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (12-hour shifts on a 36-hour weekly rotation).
