Conduct periodic inventory control of medications and supplies The Gonzaga Mota District Hospital of Messejana (commonly known as Gonzaguinha de Messejana) in Fortaleza is a reference unit in obstetrics, currently undergoing modernization works to expand its capacity to 107 beds. The facility, which underwent demolition and reconstruction, provides emergency care, humanized childbirth services (8 PPP delivery rooms), and surgeries, operating within the municipal healthcare network. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage hospital pharmacy operations by planning, organizing, developing, and implementing standards and work systems; ensure medication supply according to the needs of the Hospital Complex; supervise receipt and dispatch of medications and supplies; conduct periodic checks of available inventory, product expiration dates, and proper storage conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy / Completed specialization in one or more of the following areas: Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Care, or Multiprofessional Health Residency. Active registration with the respective professional council.
