This broad scope enables us to deliver high-quality logistics services across the entire national territory, connecting people, businesses, and markets. ### **WHAT WE SEEK?** We seek a professional to serve as a **Logistics Supervisor** at our unit located in Caucaia/CE. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Supervise the Logistics team, including drivers; * Plan and organize transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs; * Monitor team performance; * Ensure compliance with safety policies and transportation regulations; * Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure optimal pricing and delivery terms; * Resolve operational issues. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in Logistics; * Excellent communication and leadership skills. ### **POSITION DETAILS:** Salary: R$ 3\.500,00 Employment Type: Permanent (CLT) * Working Hours: 44 hours per week **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (Caju Card) Transportation Allowance (Caju Card) Health Insurance (Unimed) Health Insurance (Bradesco) **Interested in this opportunity!?
