




Requirements * Completed high school or technical education in the health field; * Preference will be given to candidates who enjoy working via virtual platforms, such as telemedicine and online chat; * Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Prior experience in customer service is desirable; * Availability to work on a rotating 12/36 shift schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (off in January); * Review home visit reports for the purpose of guiding clinical management; * Conduct teleconsultations and remote monitoring of beneficiaries to provide guidance and ensure quality care; * Monitor the implementation of requested home-based services; * Handle requests arising from medical teleconsultations, including: address confirmation, medication requests, email formalization to service providers, spreadsheet completion, and appointment scheduling; * Interpret prescriptions, identifying common medical terminology—including abbreviations, dosages, administration frequency, and pharmaceutical forms—and recognizing medication nomenclature.
