




**Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed – Food Engineering, Veterinary Medicine Experience in physico-chemical analyses **Responsibilities:** - Physico-chemical analyses of raw materials and finished products, and management of external analyses; * Physico-chemical analysis of supply water; * Monitoring of self-control programs; * Documentation review; - Batch tracking – production (traceability/recall); * Monitoring of good manufacturing practices; * Control of thermal processes and temperatures; * Management of non-conformities; * Legal compliance (legislation); * Formulation control; * Supplier control; - Internal training – training plan; * Inventory management (Pvps). Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Personal vehicle required
