Your **mission**: plan, schedule, and control the production process to ensure efficient resource utilization, adherence to deadlines, and product availability according to demand—contributing to cost reduction and organizational result maximization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and control daily production of 1-day-old chicks; * Calculate availability and distribute 1-day-old chicks for sale and placement; * Schedule weekly bird quantities for placement by location; * Schedule incubation according to demand for sales and placement; * Record consumption of 1-day-old chicks in live chicken production orders; * Monitor/control daily deliveries of 1-day-old chicks and their priorities; * Track strategic management indicators for the area; * Manage production planning and control across the entire 1-day-old chick production chain, analyzing sales availability considering the company’s production capacity; * Cross-reference SAP and Avecom system databases to identify gaps and opportunities, proposing improvements to productive and financial results. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields; * Experience in production planning and control, preferably in the poultry sector; * Knowledge of indicator management and productive data analysis; * Proficiency in management systems such as SAP and Avecom is considered an advantage; * Intermediate Office suite skills. **Additional Information** * Meals provided at the company; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Group life insurance; * Birthday leave (Day Off); * Psychological counseling program; * Pharmacy discount program; * Annual Profit-Sharing Program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * TotalPass; * Education assistance; * Unicialne (Corporate University). **CIALNE** was founded in Ceará and, over nearly six decades, has built a history marked by hard work, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
