Leads the development of regional accounts transitioned to distribution-based servicing. Controls sell-out investments for non-visited points of sale (POS). Maximizes sales and distribution of all company products in the assigned region by establishing and properly executing local sales programs. Ensures alignment of all national and regional strategies with distributors (Distys). Trains, develops, and monitors third-party sales representatives employed by distributors. Conducts field visits to support the distributor’s team in achieving its goals and to monitor competitors and market dynamics. Performs sales channel analyses, monitors trade activities and customer behavior to continuously capture market trends and identify opportunities. Tracks performance to identify opportunities and generate insights for improvement. Ensures commercial area investment management and monitors financial KPIs. Monitors market/retailer activity to develop the most cost-effective strategies to boost volume and profitability through greater penetration and turnover.
