RESEARCH ANALYST I Unit: Hospital OTO Aldeota Department: Human Resources **Requirements:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in the health field, preferably in Nursing; \- Professional license registration with the respective regulatory council; \- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in the health field. **Responsibilities:** \- Promote institutional advancements aiming at efficiency, effectiveness, and efficacy in performing duties; \- Maintain connections with specialized autonomous research units, providing support upon request in formatting and developing Standard Operating Procedures; \- Negotiate, when requested, clinical study contracts with Sponsors and Representatives; \- Establish, through an automated system, effective monitoring of the start and end dates of research projects conducted at the Institution, including respective interim and final reports.
