Support for strategic decision-making and LATAM market expansion **Job Description:** Conduct market analysis, identifying technical and commercial requirements, mapping competitors, and monitoring trends, innovations, and R\&D developments; Manage demand requests by collecting, critically analyzing, and prioritizing technical customer inquiries; Lead pre\-sales activities, including tender analysis and proposal preparation, drafting technical and commercial proposals, and supporting customer solution validation; Develop and adapt portfolio solutions to ensure alignment with market technical, regulatory, and strategic requirements; Prepare technical reports and analyze regulatory documentation to ensure project compliance and feasibility; Support pricing strategy, cost definition, taxes, margins, and project cash flow planning; Develop technical and commercial materials (manuals, guides, technical datasheets, presentations, catalogs) and deliver training to internal teams and partners; Coordinate technical communication across internal departments; Contribute to continuous improvement of product and process quality, including critical analysis of testing procedures and validation criteria for solution discontinuation; Represent the company in meetings, technical presentations, industry events, and market initiatives; Support HQ in strategic decisions related to commercial strategies and LATAM market expansion. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on Power Systems, Electronics, or related fields; Postgraduate studies or specialization in the field; Advanced or fluent English; Intermediate Spanish is a plus; Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and SharePoint; Solid knowledge of Electrical Energy Measurement and Smart Grids; Experience or familiarity with TOTVS systems; Willingness to travel.
