Contributes to information accuracy and decision-making **Description** Responsible for supporting construction cost control and management processes by collecting and extracting data from Sienge, updating spreadsheets, and organizing information databases. Performs basic verification and entry of cost allocations, organizes documentation by project and cost center, and supports monitoring of executed scope. Also contributes to feeding departmental metrics and analytical reports, ensuring information accuracy, standardization, and ease of access for decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** Data collection and information extraction from Sienge; Spreadsheet and cost database updating and organization; Support in controlling executed scope by item; Basic entry and verification of cost allocations; Document organization by project and cost center, maintaining standardized digital files. Support in updating monthly metrics and analytical reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (Technical background in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related undergraduate studies preferred). Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, spreadsheet organization). Familiarity with ERP systems (Sienge knowledge preferred). Basic understanding of accounting or cost concepts (a plus).
