Training of customers and technicians on platforms **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Support for administrative and financial routines; telephone customer service and file organization; document updating and work in the contracts department (generating service orders (SO) in the system, monthly reports); monitoring of service orders (SO), informing managers about pending items; identification of errors and opportunities for improvement in Arkmeds and Tallos systems; training of customers and technicians on used platforms. **Requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Executive Secretariat or Administration; minimum 12 months of experience in similar roles; intermediate or advanced computer skills (Office suite, internet, and software applications); commitment, proactivity, organization, and responsibility. **Minimum Education Level:** Technical Education **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); availability for on-call duty on weekends and holidays as per company schedule. **Benefits:** Starting salary R$ 1.900,00, adjusted to R$ 2.280,00 after 90 days upon successful performance evaluation; transportation allowance; meal allowance (R$ 25.00/day); 100% company-funded health insurance after 90 days; additional compensation for on-call duty and overtime as required. *Apply via Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
