We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate warehouse routines, responsible for receiving, organizing, and directing the operational team, ensuring smooth workflow, control, and agility in goods handling. ? Key responsibilities: * Supervise the warehouse staff. * Receive and inspect incoming goods (volumes, quantities, and invoices). * Coordinate unloading and storage of goods in the warehouse. * Direct and monitor loaders’ work. * Organize order picking and redistribution of goods. * Ensure correct handling and storage of products. * Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages. * Maintain an organized and functional warehouse, adhering to safety guidelines. * Serve as the point of contact with drivers during loading and unloading. ✅ Requirements: • Prior experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics operations. • Experience in goods receiving, inspection, and dispatch. • Ability to lead and organize an operational team. • Basic understanding of invoices and volume control. • Organization, responsibility, and professional conduct. • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Residency in the job location area. • Flexibility to work variable shifts.
