Serve as a strategic link among Corporate, Commercial, and third-party agencies, ensuring operational discipline, standardization, training, and best practices to maximize sell-out, reduce stockouts, and enhance the shopper’s experience at the point of sale (POS). **Responsibilities:** 1\. **Gamification and Store Execution Performance** Conduct weekly field research / execution, along with action plans developed jointly with the third-party agency and Commercial team, aiming to ensure sell-out and achievement of targets set for each channel and region. 2\. **Implementation of Visual Communication & POS Materials** Implement point-of-sale materials and manage / execute logistics operator activities via the third-party agency, ensuring greater visibility of our brands and products to shoppers. 3\. **Competitive Analysis and Execution Insights** Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities—including technical, strategic, and DGMP aspects—to ensure the company’s market positioning in the short, medium, and long term. 4\. **Channel-Level Parameterization and Assortment / Stockout Reduction** Collaborate with the Commercial team to monitor and ensure that KHC SKUs are stocked in appropriate volumes, with optimal assortment aligned to each retail chain’s profile—through regular meetings, review of parameterization / clustering, and close alignment with Commercial—to deliver required sell-out without stockouts. 5\. **Training and Development of Third-Party Team** Develop and create content, and cascade approved materials to the third-party team in your region, ensuring standardization and technical knowledge of products and processes for improved execution. 6\. **Weekly and Monthly Governance** Lead weekly alignment meetings with Commercial and Corporate teams, analyzing performance indicators and designing action plans to address opportunities at the POS. **Requirements:** * Experience in Trade Marketing / Field Execution (preferably in food and/or beverages) * Proven track record of direct or indirect team leadership * Experience managing performance indicators and execution processes * Interface experience with clients, agencies, and logistics operators * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields **Work Location: RECIFE\*\*\*** Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
