We are looking for a **Marketing Intern**, whose mission is to support the execution and organization of project and operational routines within Zerezes’ Marketing team—ensuring smooth processes (logistics, recordkeeping, payments, and coordination with partner departments) and enabling high-quality, on-time campaigns and product launches. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Seeding Operations:** Support the organization and execution of seeding shipments (list management, addresses, deadlines, tracking, and internal recordkeeping); * **Payment Operations (Invoices):** Support the team in issuing and registering invoices and managing payment-related controls for campaigns, suppliers, and partners; * **Internal Recordkeeping and Organization:** Update and maintain internal records of team processes and projects (status, timelines, documents, learnings, and histories); * **Launch Support:** Assist in developing and monitoring timelines and scopes for launching new product lines and campaigns (checklists, milestones, and alignment sessions); * **Coordination with Partner Departments:** Support communication and alignment with internal departments and external partners, ensuring information is delivered clearly and on time. * **Logistics for Photo Shoots and Marketing Activities:** Support the dispatch and return of eyeglasses for photography, photo shoots, and other marketing activities (organization, deadlines, control, and recordkeeping). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Journalism; * Experience organizing routines and controls (spreadsheets, checklists, deadline tracking); * Strong familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Drive/Calendar); * Basic understanding of project management (timelines, scope, priorities)—even if still in training; * Ability to clearly document and record processes; * Interest in marketing, project management, and operations; * (Preferred) Experience with tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar; **Soft Skills:** * Curious, open to learning, and eager to propose new perspectives; * Aesthetic sensibility and refined visual judgment; * Autonomy, proactivity, and ownership—with self-management capability to drive processes and independently resolve operational bottlenecks; * Attention to detail and discipline to follow up on pending tasks until completion; * Proactive identification of bottlenecks and suggestions for simple improvements; * Agility in organization (multitasking with clear priority awareness); * Alignment with fashion, culture, and behavior—and genuine curiosity about the brand’s universe. **Benefits** * + **Internship Stipend** aligned with market standards; + **Meal/food allowance** — R$ 880.00 per month via CAJU card; + **Transportation allowance** — Provided as needed, deposited onto the CAJU card, with payroll deductions as required by law; + **WellHub** (formerly GymPass); + **Psicologia viva** (mental health benefit – 2 free monthly sessions); + **Conexa Saúde** (discounts at pharmacies and for medical exams); + **Zerezes employee discount program**; + **On Happy** (leisure travel discounts); + **Corporate Recognition Program**; + **Opportunities for professional growth and development**; + **Work model:** Hybrid; + **Contract type:** 6 hours per day (internship contract); + **Location:** Ipanema / Rio de Janeiro ***All our positions are inclusive of Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and all forms of diversity.*** Come discover why it literally hurts to call us an “optical store”!
