Description: WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, and/or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Logistics, Procurement, or related fields; * Advanced English will be considered a plus; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience and knowledge in industrial or logistics environments, including team leadership; * Knowledge of 5S and Lean methodologies and tools is desirable; * ERP SAP system knowledge. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Ensure that the workplace and activities performed by employees and third parties comply with the company’s established safety standards, always aiming for zero accidents. Additionally, you must serve as a role model for employees regarding good safety practices — acting as a multiplier; * Ensure all activities related to invoice billing are completed within the required timeframe for box dispatch and with all necessary information — always in compliance with our policies and procedures; * Responsible for coordinating finished goods loading processes, defining routes, optimizing load volume, and continuously reducing freight costs — always aligned with the Logistics Tower team; * Control outgoing freight (GKO) and ensure data integrity in the system. Furthermore, ensure system updates or implementation of new systems; * Supervise and organize administrative activities supporting inventory control, billing, and shipping operations; * Supervise administrative activities such as vacations, absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, time clock management, suspensions, warnings, and hiring; * Supervise the return of non-conforming materials to suppliers and ensure the entire process complies with our internal policies; * Maintain alignment with PCP, Planning, Customer Service, and Suppliers to deliver excellent service to our customers; * Manage non-conformities, repairs, and rework in the warehouse. Additionally, ensure routine organization and cleaning of the entire shipping area; * Responsible for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with authority to ensure compliance with company requirements in your work areas and among subordinates, including identifying and implementing actions that promote continuous improvement in line with Smurfit WestRock’s policies; * Analyze external and internal customer complaints related to service and deliveries, addressing root causes and preventing recurrence; * Conduct periodic meetings with direct and indirect subordinates to ensure operational performance and continuous improvement — as well as active and efficient communication; * Plan storage and transportation operations to improve processes and layout, thereby maximizing loading and unloading efficiency; * Manage departmental KPIs (safety, service, quality, and cost), targeting continuous improvement in shipping, billing, and inventory control processes and activities; * Maintain ongoing contact with Production and carriers, enabling advance scheduling to avoid truck shortages and insufficient space for finished goods storage; * Supervise and ensure the proper maintenance of shipping forklifts, our operational facilities, our offices, and other assets under your responsibility; * Manage and conduct inventory of finished goods stock. Must guarantee data accuracy to ensure efficiency and safety during loading; * Supervise the workforce, including selection, guidance, training, performance monitoring, evaluation, feedback, dissemination and enforcement of company procedures/policies, work processes, and implemented management systems, as well as handling other people management-related matters; * Develop individual development plans for team members, aiming to build a high-performance team prepared for succession roles, while keeping the team continuously developed and engaged — thus delivering the best possible service to our customers; * Responsible for developing and evaluating strategic projects related to operational expansion, capex, safety, quality, software implementation, among others; * Responsible for ensuring our employees adhere to our values and behaviors in everything they do — serving as a role model and multiplier; * Ensure efficient and equitable communication across all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), ensuring alignment with both operational and strategic area processes; * Monitor production plan execution together with the Supply Chain Manager, reporting status to interfacing departments, identifying potential deviations (via system data and performance indicators), proposing and implementing corrective actions, and informing responsible parties; * Support production planning, scheduling, and sequencing, considering external extensions (industrialization), including creation of purchase requisitions for industrialized materials; * Ensure accurate recording of production data; whenever discrepancies or improvement opportunities are identified, define and implement necessary action plans; * Responsible for updating the Dashboard and closing departmental KPIs; * Participate, as needed, in unit-level or corporate Supply Chain Planning improvement projects and new product initiatives; * Interact with Corrugators, CS, Logistics, Conversion, Industrializers, and HR regarding production priorities, considering perspectives of internal and external customers; * Responsible for adherence to Health and Safety programs, promoting and encouraging your team/colleagues to actively support these initiatives, personally responsible for your own safety and that of your colleagues, valued for your active involvement, and fully understanding that your participation is essential; * Comply with company policies/procedures/standards, work processes, and implemented management systems. * Perform other duties related to your position and work process procedures, as required. 2512210202551875828
