Opportunity for career growth and development **Position: Commercial Consultant – Technical Education Institution** **About Us:** Our mission is to train highly skilled technical professionals for the job market, contributing to Brazil's socioeconomic development and promoting values of ethics, responsibility, and sustainability. **Responsibilities:** * Provide consultative service to prospective students, understanding their needs and presenting suitable educational solutions. * Manage the entire course sales process, from initial contact through to enrollment conversion. * Manage and nurture the sales funnel, ensuring high-level follow-up of leads. * Achieve monthly enrollment, conversion, and productivity targets. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rate, number of consultations, follow\-ups, appointments, and individual performance. * Assist students with information about benefits, programs, and opportunities, reinforcing the value of technical education. * Contribute to student retention and loyalty initiatives, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. **Requirements:** * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills. * Prior experience in sales or customer service (course sales experience is a significant advantage). * Results-oriented mindset, discipline in tracking the sales funnel, and commitment to achieving targets. * Professional demeanor, ethical conduct, and alignment with the institution’s values. **We Offer:** * Fixed remuneration equivalent to 1 minimum wage \+ aggressive commission on sales \+ bonuses for target achievement. * Transportation allowance. * Genuine opportunity for career growth and development, including training and performance coaching. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday.
