We seek professionals who will grow with us and significantly contribute to our work. **Primary Mission of the Role:** Contribute to grading and preparing eggs for sale in accordance with quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive eggs and verify their initial integrity and quality. * Sort eggs by size, weight, and quality. * Inspect eggs for cracks, dirt, defects, or other imperfections. * Remove eggs that fail to meet quality standards. * Clean eggs, if necessary, to remove dirt and debris before grading and packaging. * Assist in cleaning and maintaining machines and equipment used in the grading process. * Follow safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe working environment and the production of eggs safe for consumption. * Place graded eggs into appropriate packaging, labeling\-them according to customer standards and regulatory requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education or currently pursuing high school education. * Completed high school education is a plus. * Prior experience in production environments is a plus. * Attention to detail, proactivity, ability to adapt to various tasks / changes in the production process, teamwork, and collaboration to achieve production goals. **Additional Information** **Here you’ll find:** * A welcoming work environment, ample opportunities for professional growth and development. * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Health and dental plans (voluntary enrollment). * Life insurance. * On-site cafeteria. * Company transportation route. * Education incentive program. * Productivity bonus. **TIJUCA ALIMENTOS** is a Ceará-based company operating in the food market for 55 years, headquartered at Rodovia CE 040, km 67 – Beberibe – CE, and with an office at Avenida Dionísio Leonel Alencar, 2500, Messejana – Fortaleza–CE, since 1969, dedicated to producing and distributing Eggs, Chicken, and Cheese across the states of Ceará, Piauí, and Maranhão, offering quality, flavor, and care to thousands of families—just like ours.
