We seek professionals who will grow with us and meaningfully contribute to our work. **Primary Mission of the Role:** Contribute to performing essential activities for poultry management and production. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to ensuring birds receive a balanced and appropriate diet to maximize egg production. * Monitor and maintain water supply systems, ensuring birds have constant access to clean, fresh water. * Perform regular cleaning and disinfection of poultry houses, equipment, and utensils to prevent disease proliferation and maintain an organized, healthy environment. * Conduct regular egg collection, ensuring eggs are retrieved properly. * Maintain accurate records of egg production and feed consumption. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Elementary Education or currently pursuing High School Education. * Completed High School Education is a plus. * Prior experience in production environments is a plus. * Attention to detail, proactivity, ability to adapt to various tasks / changes in the production process, teamwork, and collaboration to achieve production targets. **Additional Information** * Welcoming work environment with abundant opportunities for professional growth and development. * Market-competitive salary. * Health and Dental Plan (voluntary enrollment). * Life Insurance. * On-site cafeteria. * Must have personal transportation. * Education incentive program. * Productivity bonus. **TIJUCA ALIMENTOS** is a Ceará-based company operating in the food market for 55 years, headquartered at Rodovia CE 040, km 67 – Beberibe – CE, and with an office at Avenida Dionísio Leonel Alencar, 2500, Messejana – Fortaleza–CE, since 1969, dedicated to the production and distribution of Eggs, Chicken, and Cheese across the states of Ceará, Piauí, and Maranhão, offering quality, flavor, and care to thousands of families—just like ours.
