Your moment has arrived—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Attend morning meetings. * Collect and retrieve daily production reports, verify and confirm their proper completion, scan them for subsequent entry into internal control spreadsheets, and deliver them to the client’s agricultural department. * Attend weekly meetings with the client to align and analyze operational indicators related to people, safety, etc. * Attend daily morning meetings with representatives from each functional pillar to review the previous day’s indicators and define action plans and follow-ups. * Attend daily meetings with all leadership and management to discuss the previous day’s operational results and establish action plans when necessary to ensure achievement of established goals. * Attend meetings and manage the people management cycle, as well as provide scheduled feedback to the team. * Conduct daily field monitoring to support and oversee production activities, aiming for efficient loading and transportation operations of sugarcane. * Provide support for occasional activities such as vehicle breakdowns, etc., whenever necessary. * Support your immediate supervisor whenever required. * Work collaboratively with the team, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Preferred: Enrolled in a Postgraduate Program / MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields * Experience in logistics (Sugarcane Loading and Transportation) * Intermediate Excel proficiency **You’ll stand out if you have knowledge of:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Basic PDCA concepts * Knowledge of Management Indicators **Additional Information** **Benefits that care for you at every stage!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
