




Job Summary: The Nutrition Technician monitors temperatures, inspects Good Practices, supervises meal distribution, evaluates food quality, and supports the chef in planning. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of meal distribution and waste assessment. **Responsibilities of the Nutrition Technician:** * Monitor temperatures, receipt of perishable goods, and consumption controls. * Inspect areas for Good Practices, hygiene, product expiration dates, and food safety. * Supervise meal distribution (cafeteria and buffet). * Assess leftovers, waste, and food quality. * Implement hygienic\-sanitary checklists and monitor cleaning schedules. * Support the chef in planning, develop technical specifications, and train staff. * Monitor PPE control, ASOs, and report incidents to supervisors.
