Job Summary: This role involves acting as the initial point of contact for partners, influencers, and prescribers, ensuring efficient communication and organizational support. Key Highlights: 1. If you are authentic, believe in values such as responsibility, transparency, innovation, positive impact, and entrepreneurship—and want to help transform the world into a better place—join us and become Positive! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the first point of contact and initial filter for new partners, influencers, prescribers, athletes, and PR agencies; * Respond to partners and suppliers via email, phone, and WhatsApp, ensuring agility and organization in communications; * Proactively communicate with partners through WhatsApp groups and individual messages; * Maintain organization and up-to-date influencer and prescriber mailing lists for departmental initiatives; * Organize, assemble, and oversee the dispatch of relationship kits, seeding packages, and promotional materials to influencers, prescribers, and partners; * Manage inventory of printed materials, promotional items, and accessories used by the department; * Organize dispatch of materials and kits used in remote visits or actions with prescribers; * Submit purchase requests via the internal system to the procurement department; * Monitor delivery deadlines and quality of purchased materials; * Support planning, organization, and execution of trade shows, events, and departmental activations; * Assist in assembling and operating booths and promotional activities; * Provide logistical support for internal events, meetings, tastings, and promotional activities; * Support research and data collection conducted by the product team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. **Required** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy (100% covered by the company); * Transportation Allowance; * Meal/Meal Card (Swile); * Monthly Brand Product Pack; * Life Insurance; * Discount on Brand Products; * Wellhub; * Total Pass; * Vittude.
