**We are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator, with openings in all three shifts (5:50 AM–2:10 PM, 1:50 PM–10:10 PM, and 9:50 PM–6:10 AM) to join our team at KUEHNE+NAGEL. As part of the operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing logistics processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, leadership skills, and deep understanding of logistics operations. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising logistics activities, including inventory management, route planning, and coordination with transportation partners. Your role will be critical in ensuring seamless operational processes and on-time delivery. Additionally, you will analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency. Experience in logistics operations management is essential, along with strong knowledge of transportation and inventory management systems. Communication and leadership skills are fundamental, as you will need to collaborate closely with internal and external teams.
