The company values **Ambition, Engagement, and Simplicity**, fostering an inclusive, responsible, and results-oriented environment. **Job Description** The **Logistics Checker** is the professional responsible for ensuring accurate verification, organization, and integrity of goods during receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and returns processes. Works directly within the Distribution Center’s operational flow to guarantee accuracy and safety in operations. **Responsibilities** * Verify and count products for **loading and unloading**. * Compare quantities and types of products against **invoices and transport documents**. * Inspect product **quality**, ensuring absence of damage. * Verify shipments according to **invoices (NF) and loading lists**. * Support, supervise, and guide the shipping team and operators (where applicable). * Monitor **loading and unloading** processes, ensuring compliance with orders. * Maintain various controls and reports (inventory, losses, returns, delivery receipts, etc.). * Operate material handling equipment, such as **manual or electric pallet jacks**. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or shipping (preferred). * Attention to detail and ability to handle **high-volume shipping**. * Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel for some units). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and commitment to safety and quality. **Preferred Qualifications (where applicable):** * Familiarity with **SAP**. * Ongoing technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Ability to work under pressure. **Benefits (actual examples from Lactalis)** * Medical and dental assistance. * Meal allowance. * Transportation allowance. * Pharmacy benefits. * Life insurance. * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **✨ Lactalis Culture and Values** Lactalis reinforces the following values: * **Ambition**: challenging goals and continuous development. * **Engagement**: entrepreneurial spirit and accountability. * **Simplicity**: transparency and efficiency.
