And together, every day, we will be much more. **\#IamBecauseWeAre** We are looking for a **Logistics Assistant** to work in the **freight** sector, supporting freight control, negotiation, and transport monitoring. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s or technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in logistics, especially in freight and transportation; * Knowledge of transportation routines, freight rate tables, and fiscal documents; * Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel is a plus); * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and analytical ability; * Experience with transportation companies is a plus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Quoting and negotiating freight rates with carriers and drivers; * Monitoring pickups and deliveries to ensure adherence to deadlines; * Verifying transportation documents such as CTEs and MDFEs; * Direct communication with suppliers and carriers to ensure transport efficiency; * Cost control and analysis of logistics performance indicators.
