Control and reconciliation of invoices and supplier registration The company is seeking a Logistics Assistant in Eusébio. **Responsibilities:** Manage expenses related to fleet management, including vehicle leasing, telematics, maintenance, and fueling. Create purchase requisitions and request tax entries for all group branches. Schedule payments and request fund transfers when necessary. Perform control and reconciliation of issued invoices. Monitor and ensure registration of new suppliers via the Electronic Marketplace (ME) platform. Previous experience as Logistics Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Analyst, or Transportation Assistant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
