We seek professionals who will grow with us and make meaningful contributions to our work. **Primary Job Mission:** Contribute to carrying out essential activities for the management and production of laying hens. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to providing hens with a balanced and appropriate diet to maximize egg production. * Monitor and maintain water supply systems, ensuring hens have constant access to clean and fresh water. * Perform regular cleaning and disinfection of poultry houses, equipment, and utensils to prevent disease proliferation and maintain an organized, healthy environment. * Conduct regular egg collection, ensuring eggs are retrieved properly. * Maintain accurate records of egg production and feed consumption. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Elementary School or currently pursuing High School. * Completed High School is a plus. * Prior experience in production environments is a plus. * Ability to organize and manage layer poultry houses, ensuring an appropriate and clean environment for the birds. * Skill in identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions. * Close attention to critical details such as bird health conditions and egg quality. * Effective communication, proactivity, flexibility, resilience, and responsibility. * Ability to collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals. **Additional Information** * Welcoming work environment with ample opportunities for professional growth and development. * Market-competitive salary. * Health and Dental Plans (voluntary enrollment). * Life insurance. * On-site cafeteria.
