Your main responsibilities will include: * Cleaning and sanitizing the dining area, kitchen (walls, floors, countertops, and equipment), cold rooms, freezers, storage areas, restrooms, doors, windows, and external areas under Serlares' responsibility, before and after meals; * Collecting, sanitizing, and replacing trash bags, disposing of waste according to selective collection guidelines; * Monitoring and completing checklists and work sheets; * Restocking and replacing coffee bottles; * Assisting the production team with sandwich assembly, meal packaging, and juice preparation when needed; * Weighing food waste for monitoring and reduction purposes.
