Job Summary: Junior Packaging Materials and Inventory Analyst to manage inventories, conduct stock counts, propose improvements, and collaborate across multiple departments. Key Highlights: 1. Junior Packaging Materials and Inventory Analyst Responsibilities: * Conduct daily inventories of cans, lids, metal components, and warehouse items. * Reconcile inventory records with the system, identify discrepancies, and request adjustments. * Update Excel and SharePoint inventory tracking sheets. * Prepare weekly inventory reports and status updates on ongoing actions. * Manage inventory in the system (Totvs or SAP). * Propose and implement improvements to increase inventory accuracy. * Collaborate with the warehouse, shipping, and production departments to ensure effective controls. * Interact with internal teams and customers for return and verification of packaging materials. * Monitor material receipts alongside third-party operations (In House). * Track packaging losses and costs incurred by customers until final billing. * Serve as backup for warehouse and shipping department routines. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Postgraduate degree in International Trade preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Training courses in reverse logistics and warehousing. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
