Logistics Process Administration * Enter and process invoices in the system, ensuring accurate recording and verification of fiscal and operational data. * Manage documents and material movement spreadsheets, verifying data and reporting discrepancies to coordination. * Support monitoring of receipts, shipments, and returns, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Generate logistics movement reports and controls to support operational planning. * Perform data entries and updates in spreadsheets and corporate systems, maintaining information integrity. 2. Administrative Support * Draft and respond to medium-complexity emails related to logistics routines, with clarity and assertiveness. * Organize administrative documents and records for the area, keeping files updated and accessible. * Support coordination in monitoring logistics operational and administrative KPIs. * Participate in internal meetings, contributing information and suggestions for process improvement. * Support coordination in internal and external audit requests, providing documentation and evidence. * Maintain direct contact with suppliers and service providers via email, phone, and WhatsApp to resolve pending items and align operational matters. * Interact with internal departments (procurement, tax, warehouse) to align information regarding material receipts and shipments. Technical Knowledge * Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel required: formulas, filters, PivotTables). * Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS or similar). * Familiarity with receiving, shipping, and inventory control processes.
