Job Description: General Services Assistant (Landscaping) Department: Yard and Outdoor Areas Responsibilities: Perform cleaning and maintenance of common areas of the transportation company, including yards, parking lots, and outdoor facilities. Maintain space organization by collecting garbage, sweeping open areas, and ensuring proper placement of materials and equipment. Carry out landscaping services, focusing on lawn maintenance (mowing, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control). Support preventive maintenance of small outdoor structures, such as fences, sidewalks, and garden furniture. Keep cleaning and landscaping equipment in good condition and operational. Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards during task execution. Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or landscaping. Basic knowledge of lawn maintenance and use of equipment such as brush cutters, lawnmowers, and leaf blowers. Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.
