Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing and monitoring HR programs—including talent attraction and selection, training and development (T&D), internal communication, benefits, and occupational safety and health (OSH)—with emphasis on engagement and culture. Participation in Talent Attraction and Selection processes Responsible for analyzing and monitoring programs and initiatives related to attraction and selection, training and development, internal communication, benefits, and occupational safety and health. **Responsibilities and Duties** **1\. Communication, Engagement, and Culture** * Plan, organize, and monitor engagement, climate, and well-being programs and initiatives (e.g., Lanlink and Trust Control Well-Being, campaigns, corporate calendar). * Participate in planning and supporting internal events and institutional campaigns. * Develop and implement innovative actions related to organizational culture, climate, and internal communication. * Analyze and administer internal surveys, proposing improvements to area processes and initiatives. * Promote organizational culture and values in interactions with stakeholders. * Produce, review, and request internal communication materials and content for Lanlink Group Marketing, aligned with the company’s tone of voice. * Maintain and monitor endomarketing and internal communication tools, proposing optimizations. * Organize and monitor logistics for gifts, materials, and internal campaigns. * Support negotiations with vendors for events, trainings, and internal campaigns. **2\. Training, Development, and Integration** * Plan, develop, and facilitate internal in-person and online trainings. * Deliver the Onboarding Training and other People Management-related content. * Support capacity-building initiatives, training recordkeeping, and learning environment organization. **3\. Attraction and Selection** * Conduct attraction and selection processes for interns, apprentices, and operational roles in the technical area. * Monitor attraction & selection processes and metrics, proposing improvements. * Plan and participate in internal initiatives and projects related to recruitment and talent development. * Monitor interns, apprentices, and employees on experience programs. * Comply with Lanlink Group procedures, processes, policies, and Compliance obligations, reporting concerns, issues, compliance failures, and attending required trainings. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Administration, or HR.
