Training, Development, and Integration** * Plan, develop, and facilitate internal in-person and online trainings. * Deliver the Onboarding Training and other People Management-related content. * Support capacity-building initiatives, training recordkeeping, and learning environment organization. **3\. Attraction and Selection** * Conduct attraction and selection processes for interns, apprentices, and operational roles in the technical area. * Monitor attraction & selection processes and metrics, proposing improvements. * Plan and participate in internal initiatives and projects related to recruitment and talent development. * Monitor interns, apprentices, and employees on experience programs. * Comply with Lanlink Group procedures, processes, policies, and Compliance obligations, reporting concerns, issues, compliance failures, and attending required trainings. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Administration, or HR.
