You will have autonomy to work on-site and serve as the operational right hand of our Technical Manager. **What We Seek (Responsibilities):** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with full technical autonomy and quality. * Prepare detailed management reports, including photos and precise diagnostics, to support decision-making by the Technical Manager. * Act proactively, anticipating problems and suggesting improvements before failures occur. * Manage your own routine, tools, and deadlines with impeccable organization (self-management). * Ensure accurate recording of all activities in company systems (data-focused). * Maintain clear, technical, and assertive communication with management and clients. Essential Requirements: * Logistics: Reside in Eusébio or Aquiraz. * Mobility: Own transportation (car or motorcycle) and valid driver’s license. * Education: Electrotechnical Technician (with active CFT). * Writing: Proficiency in Word/Excel for management reporting.
