Job Summary: Internship position at a women's fashion company to provide operational and technical support for digital systems and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and technical support for digital systems (VTEX, Zendesk, Linx) 2. Assistance in identifying failures and improving processes 3. Support in organizing and tracking requests Are you passionate about the digital world? A women's fashion company located in Rio de Janeiro. We currently have an opening for an Intern. Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide operational support for the **VTEX**, **Zendesk**, and **Linx Millennium** systems * Monitor orders, statuses, exceptions, and related actions within the systems * Provide basic technical support for **exchanges, email organization, and email management** (LocalWeb) * Update, manage, and perform basic analysis of **Excel spreadsheets** * Provide technical support for organizing and tracking requests via **WhatsApp** * Support integration of information across systems (orders, payments, invoicing, and deliveries) * Assist in identifying operational failures and support process improvements Location: Benfica - RJ Stipend: BRL 1,200.00 + Transportation Allowance + Meal Voucher or Food Allowance Working Hours: 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
