Food safety and product quality assurance **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; Minimum 1 year of experience in the field (including internships); **Knowledge in:** Production cost reports (standard cost, actual cost, and variances); Profitability analysis by product and production line; Process improvement proposals aimed at cost reduction. **Responsibilities:** Embody and promote Nossa Fruta's organizational identity; Prepare and analyze reports, forms, and spreadsheets as required; Provide guidance to employees and customers on topics related to the area; Attend organizational meetings and commitments when requested; Evaluate and suggest improvements to departmental routines to achieve operational optimization; Perform related tasks as needed and per manager's instructions; Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, guaranteeing product quality; Collect and organize production cost data; Calculate standard product costs; Enter cost data into the ERP system; Monitor material and labor consumption; Support cost variance analysis; Prepare basic cost tracking reports; Track internal product movement; Conduct inventory audits.
