Minimum 06 years of experience in the role of Construction Supervisor. Manage personnel at construction sites, supervise construction processes, perform various measurements, and contribute to project planning based on the execution project and schedule defined by the construction company and site engineering. Carry out field activity approvals and verifications together with interns and foremen; contribute ideas for executing services quickly, cost-effectively, and with quality; delegate tasks to teams; verify material stock levels prior to service release; inspect and approve all construction-related services—including structural work (masonry, slabs, grout points) and finishing work (installation of drip edges, thresholds, ceramic tile and flooring, screed application, internal and external plastering, painting, and cleaning)—up to unit completion and handover to the client.
