




Job Summary: A professional to operate and monitor boilers and compressors, ensuring equipment safety and efficiency, as well as recording data and suggesting improvements to the IMS (Integrated Management System). Key Highlights: 1. Boiler and compressor operation and monitoring 2. Focus on safety and operational efficiency 3. Support for maintenance and continuous improvement Operate boiler with manual wood feeding via electro-electronic actuators; * Monitor boiler safety parameters: pressure, water level, and steam valves; * Verify water consumption and readings; * Inspect operation of boiler motors and actuators; * Support the maintenance team in preventive boiler maintenance; * Operate air compressors using electronic control panels; * Inspect compressor oil pressure and oil level; * Ensure continuous supply of compressed air to the laundry; * Record daily consumption of wood, water, and chemicals for control in the IMS (Integrated Management System); * Comply with operational procedures and controls defined in the IMS; * Suggest improvements for operational efficiency and IMS performance; * Report IMS non-conformities identified during operation. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
