Assistance in assembling and finishing sweets The pastry shop seeks an Assistant Cook in Fortaleza. **Responsibilities:** Support the baking, preparation, fillings, and desserts in general. Perform pre\-preparation of ingredients according to established recipes. Clean, cut, peel, and portion food for production. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Assist in assembling and finishing sweets and desserts. Manage inventory of supplies and raw materials used. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Line Cook, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
