Track and process orders: picking, verification, invoicing, and shipment follow-up. Monitor delivery statuses and provide support in cases of delays, exchanges, or returns. Provide customer service via WhatsApp, email, chat, or sales platforms. Support integrated inventory management with the physical store or distribution center (DC). Assist in creating and updating campaigns, promotions, and banners on the website. Identify and correct listing errors, pricing mistakes, or description inaccuracies. Generate and update basic spreadsheets and reports on sales, orders, and performance. Support administrative routines related to e-commerce. **Requirements and technical competencies:** Completed high school education Basic computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
