




- Minimum education level: undergraduate degree; good oral and written communication skills, proactivity, responsibility, solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and internet browsers, strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, organization, and adaptability. - Responsibilities: provide assistance and ensure activities related to reception, verification, acceptance, loading, unloading, and delivery of less-than-truckload (LTL) cargo at the service counter, in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures, as well as administrative routines, cashier duties, billing, accounts payable and receivable, and collections. Activities are performed using the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word...), proprietary management systems, email, applications, and apps. It is required to read, understand, and follow the company’s procedural manuals. - Provide support to the team and management in carrying out administrative tasks, including resolution of internal pending items, loss prevention, customer service, and audits. - Customer service in person, by telephone, and via email; - Prepare freight quotations, issue bills of lading, verify documents, and track shipments; - Manage, organize, and control cargo pickups, deliveries, and warehousing; - Administrative routines, cashier duties, billing, accounts payable and receivable, and collections. - Prepare reports and spreadsheets. - The company provides training.
